Jumpsculpt Workout

An event every week that begins at 5:30 am on Monday and Thursday, repeating until June 6, 2019
Jumpsculpt blends cardio, interval training and sculpting exercises to work the whole body.
The class is high energy and low-impact. Jumpsculpt is for all fitness levels.
Trampolines take strength exercises using weights, resistance bands and your own body-weight to a whole new level.
Jumpsculpt:
- Strengthens your muscle and skeletal systems
- Improves coordination and balance
- Strengthens the core
- Increases both blood and lymph circulation.
Special grip socks are required .
Make sure to bring a towel and a water bottle.
